GREAT NECK, NY - December 24, 2007 - Elusiva, the infrastructure software company, today announced the launch of Elusiva Connect - Remote Assistance edition (http://www.elusiva.com/connect), a hosted solution for organizations that want to provide effective desktop support to their users without the hassle of installing and maintaining software or hardware.

In addition to customizing the user interface, organizations can tailor the service to their needs by mixing and matching the remote assistance, helpdesk, conferencing, vpn and other tools offered through Elusiva Connect. Over time, Elusiva will offer versions of Elusiva Connect services oriented toward the needs of a variety of organizations, from small offices and community groups to non-profits, schools, large enterprises, and ISPs.

Elusiva will provide organizations with two choices of service.

  • A professional edition of Elusiva Connect is available today, featuring a customizable portal for users, help desk personnel and administrators.
  • An enterprise version of the product is being developed for organizations with more advanced needs. More information, including details on pricing, will be available soon.
As a hosted service, Elusiva Connect - Remote Assistance edition is available worldwide, though the control panel for domain administrators is currently available only in US-English.
